REVERSE COMMERCE & ASSET RECOVERY
A practical path from surplus merchandise to secondary-market value.
Valcrest Commerce Group works with retailers, manufacturers and distributors to evaluate and purchase excess, discontinued and recoverable inventory.

WHAT WE DO
Every inventory situation is different. We start with the merchandise, your priorities and a realistic plan for its next market.
Purchase opportunities for overstock, discontinued lines, seasonal residuals and canceled orders. Single lots and recurring supply relationships are considered.
Evaluation of customer returns, open-box merchandise and packaging-damaged goods, based on condition, completeness and resale potential.
Discuss a resale path for surplus merchandise and selected commercial assets, with purchasing terms and removal requirements agreed before execution.
Wholesale and retail resale channels matched to the inventory. Channel requirements and resale restrictions are discussed as part of each opportunity.
INVENTORY OPPORTUNITIES
We consider pallet, large-lot and truckload opportunities. A manifest is helpful, but photographs and an accurate description are a good starting point.
Furniture, décor, housewares and home essentials.
Toys, gifts, crafts, accessories and everyday products.
Selected appliances and consumer electronics, subject to condition review.
End-of-season stock, packaging changes and outgoing assortments.
Product list, quantities, condition, pickup location, photographs, timing and any resale requirements.
